1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ads Radar ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Ads Radar provides a platform for monitoring and analyzing Facebook ads via the Facebook Ad Library. The service includes:

  • Monitoring of selected Facebook pages
  • Generation of PDF and Excel ad reports
  • Automated scheduled reports (paid plans)
  • AI analysis of advertising strategies and audience targeting

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your password, and not share your account with others.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in Euros (EUR). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Platform for illegal purposes, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, use automated bots without permission, or resell the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform, including code, design, logo, and content, belong to Ads Radar. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

7. Data and Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ads Radar provides the service "AS IS" without any warranties. We are not liable for service interruptions, loss of data, inaccuracies in Facebook Ad Library data, or decisions made based on generated reports. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for violations of these terms or abuse of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Bulgaria.
