1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ads Radar ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Ads Radar provides a platform for monitoring and analyzing Facebook ads via the Facebook Ad Library. The service includes:

  • Monitoring of selected Facebook pages
  • Generation of PDF and Excel ad reports
  • Automated scheduled reports (paid plans)
  • AI analysis of advertising strategies and audience targeting

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account with others without our explicit permission

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1. Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Starter: Free plan with limited features
  • Pro: Paid plan with advanced features
  • Business: Premium plan with all features

4.2. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude VAT where applicable.

4.3. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled in advance.

4.4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not provide refunds for partially used periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated means (bots, scripts) without our permission
  • Overload or abuse our servers
  • Resell or redistribute the service without our permission

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform, including code, design, logo, and content, belong to Ads Radar. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

7. Data and Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to this policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ads Radar provides the service "AS IS" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or unavailability
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Inaccuracies in data from the Facebook Ad Library
  • Decisions made based on generated reports

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without notice, for violations of these terms or abuse of the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Bulgaria.
