Ads Radar ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable law.

  • Registration: email address, password (hashed)
  • Profile: name, company (optional)
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe — we never store full card details
  • Contact messages: submitted via the contact form

2.2. Automatically collected

  • Usage data: actions in the platform, generated reports
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device, operating system
  • Cookies: session and preference cookies (see section 6)
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (page views, session data)

2.3. From third parties

  • Google OAuth: basic profile info when signing in with Google
  • Stripe: payment and subscription status
  • Facebook Ad Library: public ad data (not personal data)

  • Service delivery: account creation, report generation, email delivery
  • Payments: subscription management via Stripe
  • Communication: sending reports, notifications, support responses
  • Improvements: usage analysis to improve the platform

  • After deletion: 30-day soft archive, then permanent deletion
  • Billing records: 10 years (accounting law requirement)

We apply HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and limited access to personal data. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

Your data may be stored on servers outside the EU/EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards through standard contractual clauses and certified providers.

11. Children

Our service is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy periodically. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
