Question 1

What is Ads Radar?

Accepted Answer

Ads Radar shows the Facebook and Instagram ads any brand runs in the European Union. Paste a Facebook page link and you get an analysis of its ads from the last 30 days in about a minute, without signing up. With a free account it tracks up to 5 pages and emails you a weekly report of what changed.

Question 2

How does it work?

Accepted Answer

Paste a competitor's Facebook page link on the homepage. Ads Radar collects up to 100 of its ads from the last 30 days, sorts them by reach and shows where and to whom they are shown. If you sign up, the page is added to your list and you get a report every Monday with new, stopped and growing ads.

Question 3

Where does the data come from?

Accepted Answer

From the official Meta Ad Library API. For ads shown in the EU, Meta publishes every commercial ad with its estimated reach and a breakdown by country, age and gender, as required by the EU Digital Services Act. Ads Radar organises this data, keeps its history and summarises it.

Question 4

How much does it cost and how many pages can I track?

Accepted Answer

Ads Radar is free during the beta: up to 5 tracked pages, 5 saved keywords and one weekly email report. Paid plans with higher limits are planned but not on sale yet.

Question 5

How do I add competitor pages?

Accepted Answer

Paste the Facebook page link (or its numeric Page ID) in Competitors. Ads Radar finds the page and includes it in your next reports.

Question 6

What does the AI analysis include?

Accepted Answer

A short summary of the ads' messages and offers, plus up to 3 ideas to test. Every idea cites the competitor ads it is based on. They are hypotheses to test, not guarantees.

Question 7

Can I see ads shown outside the EU, for example in the US or Brazil?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Meta publishes commercial ad data through its API only for ads shown in the EU, so Ads Radar covers the 27 EU countries. For a quick look at active ads in other countries, use the Meta Ad Library website directly.

Question 8

What format do reports arrive in?

Accepted Answer

An email with a PDF (Excel if you choose it) and a link to the same report online, which you can share with your team or clients.

Question 9

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

An instant analysis takes about a minute. Weekly reports are sent on Monday morning, usually within half an hour of the scheduled time.

Question 10

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything works in the browser, and reports arrive by email, so you don't have to log in to read them.

Question 11

Can I stop the reports or delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Turn off or edit reports anytime in Email reports. To delete your account and data, write to office@adsradar.cc. There is no subscription to cancel during the beta.
